Bocuse d'Or 2026

We have been part of the journey with the Danish Bocuse d’Or team, helping to design and develop the molds and shapes used for both the plates and the main platter presentation.

Working closely with Candidate Christian Wellendorf Bak and Commis Gustav Spurré, our role has been to translate their culinary vision into precise forms - creating unique tools, molds, and stencils that support their craftsmanship, creativity, and storytelling across both the main platter and plated dish.

Christian and Gustav won the Bocuse d'Or Europe 2026 and we are helping them again for the Bocuse d'Or World in Lyon 2027.
